Urban Hair Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. 

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the respective scheduled service fee.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. It is our process to confirm appointments 48 hours as we understand sometimes people forget. Because this service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

New client card details will be taken when your booking is made, and in the event of the 24-hour cancellation ​/ no show, the fee is required we will retrieve the funds* due.
